30-Second Checks

  1. Make sure the spa breaker is on and the GFCI has not tripped.
  2. Confirm the water level is above all jets and skimmers.
  3. Check that the control panel is powered and showing a display.
  4. For no heat, verify the set temperature is above current water temperature.
  5. For weak jets, make sure valves are open and the pump is primed.
Do not keep resetting a breaker that trips repeatedly. Turn the spa off and call service.

Common Hot Tub Issues

Jets not working

Press the Jets button again. Some tubs cycle low, high, then off.

Spa won’t heat

The tub may still be in a filter cycle or recovering after refill. Give it a little time if recently serviced.

Flow or FLO error

Check water level, filters if accessible, and make sure slice valves are open.

Cloudy water

Pause guest use and contact service if the water looks unsafe.

Burning smell or strange noise

Turn the spa off immediately and call the emergency line.
